This structure was built a long time ago when there was still water. In this world, the water is very hard to come by, so who controls the water control the power. the bridge acts as a fort and water trading center. This faction built their own mechanical water drills, repair center, and defense structures out of scraps parts. They control who goes in and out of the bridge.
